Lobe pump
Twin-rotor lobe pump is multi-functional and bi-directional powitive displacement pump. These product suse synchronic rotors, driven by a pair of synchronic gears in the gear box. Transmitted by the main shaft and the sub-shaft. The rotors move synchronically in counter-clockwise directions, which, consequently, varies the pump capacity and builds up high vacuum capacity and emission pressure. It is particularly suitable to pump viscosity medium.
This lobe pump can be widely used in petrochemical industry, refined chemistry, daily chemicals, food and beverage, paper making, chemical fiber, pharmaceuticals, coating.
Product features:
* Gap is kept between rotors, rotors and pump body, no friction, long life.
* Simple assembling and disassembling, easy to maintenance and clean, less easily-samaged parts.
* High efficiency and energy-saving, low failure, reliable sealing and low noise.
* Capable to pump the viscosity medium below 2,000,000cps, and pulp with solid content of 60%.
* Capable of pumping mixture of gas, fluid and solid materias.
* Heating & cooling pump is of built-in structure, with well heat conductivity.
* Movable type pumps can be used to pump canned medium, with vacuum of 0.08Mpa.
* Hygienic safey valves can be set at the pump body if necessary.
